3. Fees and Commissions
- For consignment sales, our revenue comes from the commission earned on the loan and car insurance secured through our partners.
- For direct sales to dealers, we may receive a broker fee based on the price difference or as a fixed fee agreed upon with our dealer partners.
- Any applicable fees or commissions will be disclosed to you prior to confirming a sale.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information and a smooth transaction process, we do not guarantee the following:
- The exact sale price or time to sell your vehicle
- That every lead will result in a successful sale
- The availability of financing or insurance from our partners
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
